Educational Simulation Notice: talQ provides educational virtual patient simulation and training reports. All patient personas and scenarios are fictional educational simulations.

01. using talQ

talQ is designed for psychology students, trainees, and mental health educators in educational settings.

02. Your content

Important Educational Disclaimer: talQ is an educational training simulation platform. It does NOT provide clinical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.

03. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

04. Acceptable use

Please don’t use talQ to break the law, harm others, send spam or try to access data that isn’t yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

05. Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before they apply.
