Educational Simulation Notice: talQ provides educational virtual patient simulation and training reports. All patient personas and scenarios are fictional educational simulations.
01. What we collect
Trainee account information: name, institutional email, and enrollment credentials.
Simulation interview transcripts and AI feedback reports, stored securely and accessible only to the trainee and designated supervisors.
Educational progress analytics, including completed scenarios and competency improvement trends.
02. How we use it
To run talQ: reading context, moving information between your tools and completing the tasks you hand off.
To keep your workspace secure, detect abuse and fix problems.
To send you product updates you can switch off at any time.
03. What we never do
We never sell trainee data. Virtual patient scenarios are fictional, and training transcripts are never used for commercial advertising.
04. Where your data lives
Your data is stored in the European Union by default and encrypted in transit and at rest. Institution customers can choose a private deployment in the region of their choice.
05. Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from workspace settings. When you delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days.
